About us

Telecommunications Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company

Over more than two decades (24 years) of formation and development, QTC has built a solid foundation in integrated telecommunications infrastructure and digital transformation technology. From outside plant works, optical transmission, switching systems, stations, and antenna towers to civil, transportation, and irrigation projects, QTC has steadily established its capabilities through the quality of its works and its reputation with partners.

QTC's predecessor was Quang Nam Postal Services Construction and Development Joint Stock Company, established on January 25, 2002 under Business Registration Certificate No. 4000364082 (18th amendment dated May 26, 2026), issued by the Business Registration Division, Department of Finance of Da Nang City.

Starting as an enterprise specializing in construction and telecommunications engineering, QTC is one of the earliest joint stock companies of the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT). QTC has grown alongside the postal, telecommunications, and mobile industries, taking part in deploying infrastructure for many network operators and service providers in the market. Its end-to-end capability, from design and cost estimation to deployment, operation, and maintenance, has made QTC a trusted partner for projects with demanding technical requirements and tight schedules.

Entering a new phase, as telecom infrastructure is no longer just physical works but a foundation of the digital economy, QTC is proactively transforming from a traditional construction contractor into an integrated telecommunications infrastructure developer. The company is gradually expanding its role in the value chain: from building works to providing synchronized infrastructure solutions, integrating technology equipment, operating systems, and participating in infrastructure models for smart cities and digital connectivity.

This transformation is built on the core values that made QTC what it is: integrity in commitments, quality in construction, and a spirit of partnership with customers. QTC's engineers and technical specialists are continuously trained and master new technologies, able to deploy flexibly from basic items to complex technical solutions. A closed-loop service system covering consulting, design, construction, maintenance, and testing ensures that works operate stably, effectively, and sustainably over time.

In its long-term direction, QTC aims to become a trusted infrastructure partner for telecommunications and technology enterprises and modern urban development projects. Beyond construction, QTC takes part in creating a connectivity platform, where technical infrastructure, technology, and data are integrated to serve the development of a digital society and digital economy.

Guided by the philosophy "our customers' success is the foundation for our growth," QTC steadfastly continues to strengthen its capabilities, expand its scale, and adapt to market changes. In a period of sweeping transformation, QTC is not only holding its position but progressively breaking through to become a part of the infrastructure of the future.
